It was built to provide computer users with an index of quality software that is easily accessible and useful and often made for sale at low cost by mostly small independent programmers.

The site is a natural evolution of Cyberwalker.com, a web site founded by long-time technology journalist Andy Walker, who is also the co-host of the TV show Call for Help. Learn more about Andy here.

It is owned and operated by Cyberwalker Media Inc., a small, privately held corporation based in Toronto, Canada.

Our webmaster is Craig Worden, a long time fan of Cyberwalker and Call for Help. He became affiliated with the company after noticing some unsavoury posts on the Cyberwalker forum and volunteered to help as a moderator of our forums. His personal situation has given him a chance to change career paths, allowing him to concentrate on his love of computers. Cyberwalker Media then hired him to be part of the Cyberwalker family, as the webmaster of this site because of his efforts and the quality of his work.
